How your submission is handled
Nobody reviews a submission alone, and no single voice sets a score.
Here is the path:
We check the company is not already rated, and that the name and
country are correct.
We read the sources. Where there are none, we look for
independent certification records, filings or reporting ourselves.
We score it on the same five pillars as everyone else, and
publish the sources next to the score.
We set a review date, because scores go stale and honesty means tracking change.
What we will not do
We do not publish anonymous allegations, we do not accept submissions that
only contain a complaint and no evidence, and we do not remove a company because it is
inconvenient. Fairness runs both ways — that is what makes the ratings worth trusting.
A note on requesting a company you work for
That is genuinely useful — employees know more than any report. Just say so in
the form, and we will treat your submission as an insider view alongside public sources rather
than an independent one.

Good to know: this site runs without a database server, so your submission is
saved in this browser and a tidy plain-text copy is prepared for you to send on. That means it
works whether the site is hosted on Bluehost, GitHub Pages or anywhere else.
